There are many Phenolic resin based materials to choose from for fabricating washers such as X, XP, XPC, XX, XXXP and cotton fabric grades such as C, CE, L and LE. In addition to that Phenolic Flat Washers are made from glass fabric grades such as G-3, G-5 with Melamine Resin and Flame Resistantmore
There are many Phenolic resin based materials to choose from for fabricating washers such as X, XP, XPC, XX, XXXP and cotton fabric grades such as C, CE, L and LE. In addition to that Phenolic Flat Washers are made from glass fabric grades such as G-3, G-5 with Melamine Resin and Flame Resistant grades FR-1 and FR-2. All have different electrical and physical properties for your specific use.
All Washers are available in English and Metric Units.
- Phenolic resin based washers offer a wide range of performance characteristics yielding good moisture and insulation resistance.
- Our own tooling department creates hard tooling or die sets for stamping Phenolic resin based washers. In addition, we have a library of over 8,000 existing compound washer dies for use with no extra tooling charges.
- Wider dimensional parameters are a New Process specialty. Washers can be created in materials from .005” to .250” thick, in sizes as small as .093” and as large as 12”.
- High volume punch press capacity is assured by an inventory of 75 presses, with cost-efficient small units and high volume equipment capable of 400 strokes per minute.
